Soil & Foundation Inspection
Geotechnical excavation review, compaction testing, and rebar steel placement sign-off before concrete pouring.
Superstructure Slump & Cube Tests
Concrete cube crush tests at 7, 14, and 28 days to verify MPa structural load capacity for beams and slabs.
ZESA Electrical Certification
Insulation resistance, earth loop impedance, and RCD trip testing leading to official Certificate of Compliance (COC).
Council Certificate of Occupation
Final municipal health, drainage, and structural inspection to secure the official Occupation Certificate for the owner.
